Shipping information
pixarama works with the print-on-demand provider Gelato. All products are printed individually after ordering and shipped directly from Gelato from the nearest production site.
Shipping countries
We currently deliver to the following countries:
- Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- EU member states
- United Kingdom
- USA & Canada
- Australia & New Zealand
- Norway & Sweden
Delivery times
Delivery times are usually between 4–8 working days, depending on the destination country. Please note that seasonal delays (e.g. around Christmas) may occur.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the country of delivery. Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value – you can find the latest information on the product page or in your shopping basket.
Customs & import duties
For international orders, Pixarama works with a print-on-demand partner (Gelato) who produces the products in the country or near the delivery location wherever possible. This is intended to avoid customs duties and long shipping times as far as possible.
Please note, however, that in rare cases, customs or import duties may still apply when importing into your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
